About the directory

Answers before you search.

It's the largest verified directory of towing operators, mobile truck mechanics, and roadside rescuers in the United States. Every listing is a real, operating business that has been through our verification process: insurance confirmed, DOT standing confirmed, service area documented. You can search by location, service type, or vehicle class and get in touch with a verified rescuer in minutes.

Every business on the directory has confirmed commercial insurance, valid DOT authority (where required), documented service capabilities, and a real operating address. Ongoing verification happens through job reviews. Rescuers earn their placement in part through completion rates and customer ratings on the platform.

Yes. Searching, calling, and contacting any rescuer in the directory is free. If you create a free Road Rescue Network business account, you can also submit service requests through the platform and track them in your dashboard, also free.

Listing is free. Visit the list-your-business page, create a free operator account, submit your insurance and business documentation, and your profile goes live after verification (typically 48 hours). Directory placement is free forever; paid bidding for priority placement is optional.

By a combination of proximity to the caller, service-type match, recent job completion rate, and customer rating. Operators who bid for priority placement appear first within their paid zip codes, but organic ranking continues to factor in quality. A bidder with a poor track record will still rank below a high-quality free listing.

Yes. Many fleets use the directory to discover vetted rescuers in specific corridors, then onboard them as preferred vendors in their Road Rescue Network business account. Fleet managers get a separate enterprise directory view inside the portal with filters for DOT, equipment specs, and preferred-vendor tagging.
